Baked filet coated in crunchy shaved potatoes then topped with a rosemary chive olive oil. Served over a bed of sauteed spinach.

Fresh filet blackened with homemade seasoning topped with a Chardonnay cream sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
